Which hairstyle is better? I don't know if I should go shorter again or keep it long. My hair is already layered if that makes a difference. I don't think it does.

Well I think it depends on how much time you want to put into your hair. I have had the longer style you showed there & I found it more work...if that helps you decide!
I like the shorter blonde style, but summer is coming and it's always nice to be able to throw it up into a ponytail or something. Go crazy, get something completely different!
