Dreaded day

First, we had another good night. Bella has decided that at 10pm, she'd rather be wide awake than asleep so I just hand her off to dh and he somehow gets her to sleep. I took her sometime after midnight and she slept another 2 hours or so before waking up to nurse. Of course, you know there's a catch. I can't sleep! I'm engorged and sore and sleeping on my back in uncomfortable and sleeping on my side is pretty much out of the question. Oh well, it will get better the next few days.

And now the dreaded part....I have to go buy Logan a booster seat today. :( He won't be using it very often but dh will be driving him to and from school this week and will need a seat in his car. We'll use it for Disney trips too since the Civic will get better gas mileage and there's just no way to fit Logan's Husky in the Civic with 2 other seats. I know he'll be fine but I still don't like the idea. He's so much safer harnessed. So that's what we're hoping to do today. At least I'll get out of the house for a bit. My butt is hurting from sitting in bed or on the couch. LOL Although I did get up and do some laundry yesterday. I'm even going to try Bella is her sling while we're shopping. It will keep all the germy people off of her. ;)

And a new pic from last night...

Look at that beautiful hair! She's just precious! It will be good to get out. I can totally understand the dread of the booster...that would be a sad day for me too. But I know you'll find the best booster out there - that's for sure!

OMGoodness...she is just precious! Give her a big smooch from me. What a little sweetie. I totally understand your dread about the booster. Hayley rides in one every so often in Jason's Accord. You probably don't want to know this but for me feeling better about hasn't happened. Enjoy the time out of the house today! I want to hear how the sling does for you and what booster you decide on.

What a cutie pie!!! She looks different to me already. I'm always amazed at how babies "morph" in those first few months...
